Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following a progressive approach to education
· Observe and evaluate each child’s progress
· Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
· Maintain communication with parents
· Be available for parent conferences
· Attend staff meetings, training and school functions
· Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
· Commit to continuing education

Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Montessori and Reggio Emilia curriculum concepts is a plus.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Priority given to those with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or have their education degree within the first year of employment. Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
