Ivymount School is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech-language therapy services to neurodiverse students. As a member of our dynamic interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with professionals from various fields to provide individualized, specialized, and current evidence-based services.
Job Details
This is a full-time position requiring a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Maryland State licensure. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering school-based speech-language therapy services and clinical experience with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders.
You will be responsible for providing direct and consultative speech and language services to classroom and programs, including assessing and developing speech and language IEP goals, and contributing to the development and implementation of programming and supports designed to address student communication needs.
This is an 11-month position, starting in June. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply and receive high-quality individualized support.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience delivering school-based speech-language therapy services
- Clinical experience with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders
