Associate Asset Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns while balancing costs, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to align with investment goals.
- Work closely with property management teams to identify improvement opportunities and execute value-enhancing initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with investors and lenders, ensuring compliance with financing and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and stress testing to support business decisions.
- Assist with due diligence for potential acquisitions and property transitions from development to operations.
- Conduct periodic site visits and audits to ensure portfolio performance aligns with strategic objectives.
Associate Asset Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a comparable role in asset Management.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business judgment, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.
- Ability to work hybrid or remote without needing daily management oversight.
