iWorld Professionals is seeking a Trade Promotion Manager for our client in Rochester NY. This is an onsite position in Rochester NY.
Trade Promotion Manager Position Summary: The Trade Promotion Manager will support the implementation of a new Trade Promotion Management system and help develop the processes and practices that will support its operation across the organization. You don't need to be an expert in TPM - just bring your passion for helping teams success, your ability to manage projects and your experience working with Sales, IT, Marketing and Finance departments.
Trade Promotion Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of a new trade promotion system to drive sales and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create annual trade investment plans.
- Serve as a coordinator and subject matter expert on the Trade Promotion Management process.
- Provide input and assistance to drive the selection, implementation, and integration of a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system in partnership with IT.
- Develop trade promotion strategies and promotional materials.
- Analyze trade spend, promotional performance, and key customer investments.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams to align trade strategies with business goals.
Trade Promotion Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable role
- CPG industry experience is beneficial but not required.
- Prior experience implementing or working with TPM software is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to analyze trade spend data, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
