What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Accounting Analyst position at iWorQ Systems?
iWorQ Systems is looking for a versatile Accounting/Financial Analyst who can dive into a variety of tasks in both accounting and finance. The right candidate would be able to understand accounting but also be capable of diving into non-traditional accounting functions, assisting the CFO in financial planning and analysis initiatives to develop actionable business insights.
Work Location: Logan, Utah - in office
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable process.
- Assist accounting team with commission calculations.
- Assist the accounting and finance team with the billing and collections processes.
- Provide accounting support for monthly close process.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Provide support for the annual audit and assist with other compliance requirements.
- Work with the finance team on various financial planning and analysis initiatives including financial plans, budgets, KPI’s and special projects.
- Other special projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to learn new systems
