What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative - iWorQ position at iWorQ Systems?
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in our Logan, Utah office. As an SDR, you'll reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and set up meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our software. SDRs are vital in building rapport with new customers and uncovering their unique needs.
We want you to succeed and offer training and support to help you develop your sales skills. We offer a benefits package, base pay, and commissions and bonuses. We love to promote from within, and there's a clear path to advance to an Account Executive role. Schedule:
- Full time (preferred): 40 hours/week
- Part time: 30 hours minimum
- Monday - Friday (in-office)
Responsibilities:
- Make 75 outbound calls daily to potential customers
- Schedule demos to pass on to Account Executives
- Follow up on leads and engage prospects
- Understand client needs, identify sales opportunities, and explain services clearly while providing additional information via email
- Maintain and update CRM with client information
- Proactively generate new opportunities and seek guidance in unfamiliar situations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excited to grow and build a career in sales
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to engage new clients proactively via email and phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High sense of urgency with the flexibility to adapt in any conversation
- CRM (Pipedrive) experience is a plus
Compensation:
- $10-$20 bonus for each qualified demo-set
- 20% Commission on Annual Recurring Revenue
- $15 - $18 base pay
