What You’ll Do
- You will be responsible for overseeing the organizational process and operations in multiple locations to ensure productivity and quality.
Duties May Include
- Reporting directly to the President of the company
- Working with management to plan long-term initiatives for success
- Analyze budgets to minimize cost
- Interviewing, selection, and hiring
- Training new and existing employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Identifying, addressing, and improving pharmacy workflow issues
- Authorizing and discussing employee performance appraisals
- Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans
- Employee morale and motivation
- Addressing customer service issues
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Pharmacist License is preferred
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Pharmacy related field
