Accounting Manager

IWS Sales is seeking an Accounting Manager to help guide the operations of our Accounting Team and work directly with our Controller. Come join our Dealership that sells and services custom towing equipment, luxury motor coaches, custom trailers, toy haulers, performance vehicles, and hot rods. A day in the life of the Accounting Manager:

• Working side by side with our Executive Team
• Provide accurate financial documents
• Comply with relevant accounting regulations
• Complete HR tasks, understand and comply with HR laws and regulations
• Work in an amazing team setting and participate in team collaboration
• Use your creativity to enhance our processes and procedures
• Oversee and backup accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Insure invoicing process is followed accurately
• Provide a great level of attention to detail
• Prepare tax returns documentation and ensure taxes are paid timely
• Reduce waste in our accounting processes.
• Perform inventory audits
• Ability to be punctual, attend appointments on time and submit assignments by deadlines.
• Manage payroll, payroll liabilities, personnel files, insurance and corporate filing and other duties.
• Be a Team Player
• Provide a superior customer experience while having fun

Your Amazing:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of related experience such as end of month, payroll, quarter reports, AP, AR, reconciliation of accounts, invoicing, HR Tasks, etc.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills along with a positive attitude
• Experience with accounting software (preferably QuickBooks)
• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Dropbox, and Google Drive
