About the Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of direct experience in software engineering and 2 years of engineering management, with excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language.
Key responsibilities include managing and building a high-performance team, enabling efficient delivery of features, driving technical excellence, empowering and motivating the team, and illuminating the company's vision and mission.
This is a full-time position based in San Mateo, CA, with the option to work from home one day per week.
