Responsibilites:
To assist the sushi chefs in various areas: prep ingredients, clean station & equipment, wash cutting boards and equipment, etc.

As a Sushi Helper, you will be integral to our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of sushi dishes. Reporting to the Head Sushi Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and knife skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your experience in the food industry and restaurant environment will enhance our kitchen operations. Additionally, your knowledge of dietary needs and menu planning will support our commitment to providing diverse and delicious offerings.
