- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning.
- Support kitchen staff by bussing tables and clearing away dirty dishes promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
