Telecomunications Project Manager

Location : Brooklyn New York
ONSITE
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm EST
Contract 35 Hours per Week

About the Role :

We are urgently looking for a Project Manager to migrate 100K Smartphone lines / devices used by NYC agency s employees from three Wireless carriers to one single carrier. The experienced Telecom Project Manager for this Single Carrier Citywide cost savings initiative has responsibilities to include working with Company the agencies and the Telecom company to coordinate the timely transition of the devices.

Requirements

MANDATORY

At least 8 years of fulltime experience as a Telecom Wireless Single Carrier Project Manager.

Knowledge of / experience with Telecom Expense Management ServiceNow Req / Passport systems.

Hands on experience Telecom certifications PMP ITIL and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of / experience with City procurement rules and procedures and contract management procedures.

Strong organizational analytical and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and maintain a strong attention to detail.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :

Telecom technical and project management experience.

Government and / or city experience
