Job Description
The Client Partner is a sales consultant responsible for managing a portfolio of high growth accounts with the primary focus being account strategy, revenue growth, innovative solutions and CSAT. The client partner will be responsible for managing the fast growing portfolio of Enterprise Software Product companies (Enterprise ISVs) . The client partner will be ideally based in the Bay Area and has had experience selling product engineering and IT services to Enterprise ISVs.
Client Partners are responsible for :
- Sales, conversion and onboarding
- Understanding the customers' Business and strategy
- Overview of account delivery against objectives with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Forecasting, booking and revenue accurately for their accounts
- Develop, Propose, 'own', help implement and help manage Client Technology Plans (detailing agreed solutions) including price, quality and timescales
- Support the identification and winning of new clients contracts (including supporting on writing and delivering RFP / pitches)
- Research and write Strategic Account plans
- Deep understanding of technology and keeping up to date with new business and technology trends and their potential applications for clients
