Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record bread temperatures to ensure proper baking and cooling.
- Inspect bread color to ensure consistency with company standards.
- Regularly check bread racks for bread specs.
- Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns to management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for quality control tracking.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food production, or baking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills for reporting and teamwork
- Able to work in hot environments
