Description

General Summary

In this manager level role, you will provide the day-to-day IT operational guidance for the company, under direction of the CIO, including, but not limited to : Help Desk, IT projects, cybersecurity initiatives, physical and data security, automation, alignment with control frameworks, and other Information Technology tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Oversee, maintain, and support the Help Desk through process and advanced Tier 3 network and system knowledge.
• Take a hand-on role in the implementation of new technology systems.
• Support and execute business objectives determined by the executive team.
• Make day-to-day decisions regarding Information Technology Help Desk Support, Hardware, Software, and current systems.
• Create and update processes related to IT. Iterate processes to proactively gather, vet, and support company-wide IT needs.
• Build relationships with other managers and processes along with key partner departments, including finance, accounting, HR and Risk.
• Oversee the implementation of the company's enterprise architecture with partnership from internal and external software and hardware engineering teams. Clarify and communicate data flows between existing and new systems.
• Participate in the design of cybersecurity compliance on behalf of the company.
• Execute technology budgets as determined by the CIO.
• Maintain company IT assets through procurement, IT Asset Management, and proper disposal of equipment / software.
• Maintain active and terminated users along with maintaining appropriate licensing counts.
• Lead, manage, and grow IT team members-mentor team members to align with career growth goals.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation is based on level of experience, other relevant experience, and requirements of the position. The range provided serves only as a guideline and does not automatically qualify all candidates (internal or external) for the high end of the range
