Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and persuasive Proposal Writer to craft compelling proposals for partnerships, sponsorships, grants, and business collaborations. The ideal candidate has excellent research and writing skills, experience in proposal development, and a strong understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Research, write, and edit persuasive proposals for business partnerships, sponsorships, funding opportunities, and grants.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with potential partners' goals and Izzo Travel’s mission.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to identify proposal opportunities.
- Analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other bidding documents to ensure proposals meet all requirements.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, case studies, and relevant company information.
- Proofread and fact-check proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Track proposal submissions, deadlines, and responses to improve future submissions.
- Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Grant Writer, or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to write clear, structured, and persuasive content.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to craft compelling arguments.
- Understanding of business development, partnerships, and funding strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and proposal management tools.
