Job OverviewWe are looking for a UX Writer to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances our users' journey across Izzo Travel’s website, mobile app, and digital platforms. As a UX Writer, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX principles, microcopy best practices, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Write clear and engaging microcopy for website, mobile app, booking flows, and digital interfaces (buttons, error messages, navigation, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to refine content for clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and tone across all user interactions.
- Create content guidelines and style guides to standardize UX writing across the platform.
- Optimize content for usability, accessibility, and conversion.
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on content for better engagement and clarity.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or related role in a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and user-centered content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
