Cake Decorator/Baker

Duties:
- Decorate cakes, cookies, and cupcakes according to customer specifications, including icing, piping, and adding decorative elements
- Create custom designs and decorations for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries
- Ensure cakes, cookies, and macarons are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Prepare cake and cookie doughs, fillings, and frostings as needed
- Assist with general kitchen duties such as cleaning and organizing supplies

Skills:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a baking or pastry arts setting
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and cake decorating methods
- Strong culinary skills, including baking and food preparation
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing cakes, macarons, and cookies
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and fulfill their requests
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately (when it comes to the macarons and other international dishes)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
