Waste Management Specialist

• Efficient Junk Removal: Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload waste, recyclable materials, and unwanted items from client locations.
• Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly, and respectful service while addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Sorting & Disposal: Identify items for donation, recycling, or proper disposal according to company and local environmental guidelines.
• Vehicle Operation: Drive and maintain company trucks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper care of equipment.
• Compliance: Follow all safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies during collection and disposal processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Reporting: Document jobs completed, track inventory of tools and supplies, and report any issues to management.

• Experience: Prior experience in waste management, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required—training is provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
• Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to sort and identify items for proper disposal, recycling, or donation.
• Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Commitment to Sustainability: Interest or background in eco-friendly practices is a plus.
