The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled service and support.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide consultative sales support, including identifying new opportunities for business expansion and upselling additional products/services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address any client concerns promptly.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively address client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to clients and management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, sales, customer relations or in a similar role.
