Construction Delivery Driver

• J&A Elite Construction Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Delivery Driver & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are delivered efficiently to job sites throughout the week. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining company tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver construction materials, tools, and miscellaneous items to job sites.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Maintain a log of deliveries, including materials transported and destinations.
• Keep track of company tools and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of tools and equipment, reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Organize and manage the tool/equipment storage area for easy access and accountability.
• Assist with general shop organization and preparation of materials for upcoming jobs.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on the road and at job sites.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers and field crews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
