Responsibilities:
- Assist with HVAC equipment installation including air conditioners, furnaces, and other systems, following manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain tools and job sites: Keep tools organized and ensure the work area is safe and clean.
- Test and troubleshoot: Help with system startups, testing, and basic troubleshooting under technician guidance.

- At least 6 months of HVAC install experience or HVAC install training
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards of integrity.
