What You Will Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Perform system inspections to ensure functionality, efficiency, and code compliance
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally
Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, and prepare cost estimates
Maintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicle
Stay up to date on the latest HVAC technology, tools, and best practices
What You Will Bring:
Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
EPA certification required; additional certifications (e.g., NATE) are a plus
Physical dexterity and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new methods and adapt to challenges
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA before starting work
