Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Quick Books Bookkeeper / Office Manager to support our team of real estate developers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, computer literacy, real estate familiarity, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain professionalism in all interactions and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment.
Duties
- Provide Bookkeeping using Quick Books Software for bank accounts, credit cards, A/P, A/R and various property reports (assuring all expenses are correlated to each property/project).
- Management of Acquisitions/Maintenance of necessary documents related to each property.
- Maintain office organization: manage files, documents, and correspondence effectively.
- Prepare Invoices and estimates concerning work in progress and acquiring documentation from vendors as needed.
- Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quick Books Bookkeeper.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Docs & Microsoft Office Products Software with a high level of experience in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including contacting banks or vendor companies to effectively retain required documentation.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player who collaborates well with others.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
