Overview
J & A INC is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
- Ensure compliance with HUD, RD, and LIHTC regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Rent Collection
- Collect and post security deposits and rent received in a timely manner
- Collect late rents and issue applicable notices
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Property Maintenance
- Supervise maintenance staff and work performed
- Monitor and/or supervise contracted services and vendors
