Job Summary
The Outside Sales Support position is responsible for efficiently processing quotations, entering orders, and partnering with outside sales representatives to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with the J&A Sales workflow process, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a current and thorough system for accounts, orders, and contacts.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Outside Sales Representative in a timely manner.
- Provide clerical support to other departments as it relates to customers.
- Serve as customer contact for issues, complaints, returns, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (or prior work experience).
- Previous experience in sales and ERP sales systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, 10x).
- Able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Pre-employment physical required.
Work Conditions
