Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets across our freight, warehousing, and product offerings. This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a diverse range of industries and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients for freight, warehousing, and product sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and address any concerns promptly.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to close deals effectively.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of services for new clients.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
