Sales Associate/Retail Specialist

• We're a stylish and unique women's & men’s boutique in the heart of Essex Village, offering a curated collection of clothing and accessories.
• We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, shopping experience.
• About the Role:
• As a Sales Associate, assisting customers with finding the perfect outfit and providing expert style advice.
• You'll be responsible for stocking, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
• We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with customers.
• Approximately 20 hours a week including one weekend day.
• Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with product knowledge and styling advice.
• Completing sales transactions and managing cash register.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Participating in inventory control and visual merchandising tasks.
• Requirements:
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
• Experience with Canva and Wix Website is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
