JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Oversees The management of payroll, accounting clerks, title clerks, receptionists, and cashiers. Ensures the reporting departments are accountable.
- Participates in preparing financial statements, and keeping with the instructions of his / her supervisor. participates in analyzing Financial statements, jointly with his / her supervisor.
- Verifies and documents the details of business operations, such as in flows and expenditures.
- Responsible for daily reconciliation of funding notices.
- Responsible for accurately recording daily cash deposits.
- Verifies the bank statements and reconciles monthly.
- Ensures the payroll and wire bank accounts are funded and reconciled monthly.
- Reviews All account schedules at month end to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Post GST parts and service statement.
- Schedule staff accordingly.
- Responsible for timely payments to all vendors.
- Assist Controller / CFO as instructed.
- Assist in all Department areas as needed.
- Responsible for documentation retention.
- Ensures required documents are complete and in compliance with company regulation and standards.
- Answers incoming phone calls quickly and in a courteous and professional manner, and quickly resolves questions and concerns.
- Required to attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested.
- Maintains utmost company confidentiality.
