What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Project Manager position at J and H Janitorial?
The person selected to fill this position will have direct oversight of a janitorial account with locations in and around the Chipley, Florida area. This is a front-line management position. The selected individual will have direct management of approximately 30 full-time employees. An understanding of basic financial reporting and tracking will be needed. To succeed in this position, one must have good time management skills and the ability to solve problems creatively. The starting salary range is from 38,500 to 47,000. Initial evaluation at 3 months, then again at 6 months, then on a yearly basis.
Requirements
3 years of documented experience in the janitorial services field.
3 years of documented experience in managing a team of 10 or more people.
Would prefer previous experience in face-to-face customer communication.
Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of all components of Microsoft Office.
