Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and fulfill requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to and manage emails, sharing relevant information as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and team activities to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize technology and administrative software to streamline scheduling, communication, and data management.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support team operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology and digital tools for business efficiency.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be comfortable with dogs.
