- Base salary beginning at $20,800.00 plus monthly commission
- Maximize your earnings with our monthly commissions, potentially bringing your annual income over $40,000.00.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors customer interaction data with the sales and service departments of the dealership.
- Identifies opportunities when data indicates a customer would be an ideal fit for a new vehicle or additional services.
- Assists the dealership in connecting with their target customers effectively.
- Follows up with potential leads to discuss their interest in new vehicles or additional services. Once identified, this position collaborates with the sales department to finish the sale.
- Maintains detailed records of customer interactions and preferences in the dealership's CRM system.
- Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Available to work five days a week (Monday through Friday) from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- A strong understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Polite disposition
- Previous experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Dealership and sales experience is not required, but a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of basic mathematical concepts
- Data entry
- Microsoft Office experience
- Switchboard/multi-line phone system
- Ability to multi-task
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or with a team
