Job Summary:
J.B.A. Infiniti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Ellicott City, Maryland. As a key member of our sales team, the Automotive Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sales of new and used vehicles. This is a full-time position in the automotive industry, offering a competitive Pay Plan paid weekly. Pay is a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Understand and promote the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales and complete necessary documentation for the sale.
• Continuously follow up with prospective customers to ensure a positive sales experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
