We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bulldozer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy machinery operation, particularly bulldozers, and will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in earthmoving and construction projects. The operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate bulldozers and related heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner for various construction and earthmoving activities.
Move materials, including soil, gravel, sand, and debris, to prepare sites for excavation, grading, and foundation work.
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety; report any defects or issues for repair.
Collaborate with site supervisors, foremen, and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe job site.
Keep detailed records of work performed, including time spent on various tasks and equipment used.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications in heavy machinery operation preferred.
