Our Customer Service Representatives are working with Patient's, Doctor's Offices and Insurance Companies to set up new accounts, resolve issues, get prior authorizations, refills on prescriptions and whatever else is needed to get the vital Medical Supplies to the Patient's in need.
Summary
Representatives will require the ability to multi-task and utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data in member accounts. Representatives will also be required to conduct themselves in a HIPAA compliant and ethical manner. Duties include but are not limited to : Incoming and outgoing calls, new account creation, insurance verification, document processing, order set up and management. Representatives will be required to communicate professionally with members, caregivers, guardians, medical professionals, and co-workers.
Essential Functions :
Full time - 40 Hours per week. Monday-Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30 pm in our Mishawaka office! ( At times, overtime may be required) NO late shifts, No more working on Holidays!
