Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development, training, or a similar role within call center. Preferred exp in DME or Medical Call Center.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience training large groups both in person and virtual
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in organizational development or training (e.g., ATD, SHRM, or similar).
- Experience with change management processes and tools.
