In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

Job Details
- Activity based pay: $150 rate for the first 2 loads of the day and $82 for a 3rd load
- If the load is driver load/unload $162 rate for the first 2 loads of the day and $82 for a 3rd load
- Trainee pay: $250 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000.00
