- Stop pay: $16.00 per stop
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Canada load: $75
- 6th day bonus: $125
- Miscellaneous hourly work: calculated hourly rate
- New hire training period: $225 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $250.00 per day
- Off account work: $225-$300 per day
