Compensation and Benefits
- $16.55 per hour
- Holiday pay: $140.00 per day
Activity-Based Bonus Components
- Cent per mile rate: $0.53-$0.56
- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Stop pay: $17.00-$18.75 per stop
- Chaining pay: $25 per event
- Minimum pay: $250 per day
- Safety training: $20 per hour
- New hire training period: $250 per day
- Annualized earnings average of $82,900.00 over the last six to twelve months
- Daily home time
