Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion.
Job Details:
- During the 6-week training period, drivers are paid $200 per day.
- After training, drivers transition to an activity-based pay plan that rewards safety, efficiency, and strong work ethic.
- Mileage Pay: $0.67 - $0.71 per mile
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour
- Drop and Hook Pay: $15 per stop
- Outsource Pay: $350 per day
- New Hire Training Pay: $20 per hour until 40 hours worked, $30 per hour after 40 hours
- Safety Training Pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday Pay: $200 per day
- Average annualized earnings of $94,000 over the last 6-12 months
- Daily home time
- Onsite management
- Paid online orientation
