CDL Truck Driver Apprenticeship Program
Are you a new CDL graduate looking for truck driver training? Our Apprenticeship Program provides on-the-job training and experience with an industry leader.
Program Details:
- Drivers work with an experienced trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion.
- During the training period, drivers are paid $200 per day.
Compensation Package:
- Activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and strong work ethic.
- $0.67 - $0.71 per mile
- Stop pay: $25 per stop
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $15 per stop
- Outsource pay: $350 per day
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour until 40 hours worked, then $30 per hour.
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Drivers in this position have averaged annualized earnings of $94,000 over the last six to twelve months.
