As a CDL Apprentice with J.B. Hunt, you can expect a competitive salary of $200 per day during the six-week training period. Following successful completion of the program, you will transition to an activity-based pay plan that rewards safe driving, efficiency, and strong work ethic. Key benefits include:
- $0.67 - $0.71 per mile
- Stop pay: $25 per stop
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $15 per stop
- Outsource pay: $350 per day
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour until 40 hours worked. $30 per hour after 40 hours
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
