Salary and Benefits
Our regional truck driving jobs offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
- $0.66-$0.70 per mile
- No touch stop pay of $30 per stop
- Driver assist stop pay of $60.00 per stop
- Detention pay of $15 per hour
- Outsource work opportunities earning $300-$400 per day
We also offer a weekly pay guarantee of $1,000 per week for the first two weeks following completion of new hire training.
Our drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $95,000.00 or more over the last six to twelve months.
Job Description
As a regional truck driver with J.B. Hunt Transport, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and timely manner.
You will work closely with our dispatch team to ensure that your routes are optimized and that you are meeting your delivery deadlines.
In addition to your driving responsibilities, you will also be required to perform pre- and post-trip inspections on your vehicle and to maintain accurate records of your mileage and deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have a Class A CDL and at least three months of trucking experience.
You will also need to be able to commit to regular home time and be willing to participate in our safety program.
