At J.B. Hunt Transport, we are seeking a skilled CDL A driver to join our team as a yard jockey. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of trailers and equipment within our yards.
This is a full-time company driver position, which means you can enjoy all the benefits of driving with an industry leader. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, acting as a spotter, conducting daily yard checks, coordinating trailer repairs, and inventorying trailer equipment.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20 - $22 per hour for the first 40 hours, $30 - $33 per hour after 40 hours
- Weekly safety and attendance bonus: $2.50 per hour
- Holiday pay: $140 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour
