Under close supervision, this position supports the day-to-day delivery of HR Compliance programs and services. The incumbent collaborates with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to respond to routine employee needs. This role may be aligned to one or more functional areas of HR Compliance (e.g., Employment / Labor Advisory, International).Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: •Audit HR staff to determine if service is in compliance with relevant regulations and policies set by industry/government •Conduct investigative procedures in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures •Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas, are completed accurately and in a timely manner •Work with external immigration vendors to coordinate petitions and processes •Submit and monitor unemployment claims •Administer I-9 processing •Collect and maintain Affirmative Action Plan data •Support partnership with other internal departments, business units and senior management to ensure the effective implementation of compliance policies •Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure that human resources core services are delivered effectively and efficiently •Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Mininum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6 months of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
- Ability to act professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
- Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work individually or as part of a team Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
