We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure that our internal processes and practices are streamlined, our facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and to take charge of special initiatives.
Your Mission:
The Operations Manager will help the company grow and succeed by making everyday operations more efficient, addressing problems at their source, and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. This role involves spearheading special initiatives, maintaining the company’s facilities, and ensuring proper documentation of all processes to enhance productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation & Improvement:
- Collaborate with departments to create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)across the company as needed.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Serve as the Company’s Safety Officer and provide company-wide safety training to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Act as the Fleet Supervisor, ensuring Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.
- Special Initiatives:
- Lead special initiatives to enhance company operations, including technology improvements, expansion projects, and training programs.
- Facility & Grounds Maintenance:
- Maintain and oversee the upkeep of the company’s buildings, grounds, materials, fleet, tools, and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. .
- Budget & Cost Management:
- Collaborate with leadership to support budget planning and cost management efforts for operational projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management
- Experience managing both large and small teams, as well as vendors, partners, and projects
- Industry experience desired
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety manuals.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet management preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Pay: $47,974.74 - $57,776.03 per year
