We're looking for a reliable and personable Administrative Assistant to be the friendly face and helpful center of our Sauk Rapids office. You'll play a key role in making visitors and staff feel welcome while providing essential administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customer phone calls in a professional and confidential business environment
- Welcome and direct visitors and staff to the appropriate locations
- Maintain safe and clean reception area for efficient processing
- General filing; electronic and paper
- Prepare outgoing mail including scheduling of Fed Ex, UPS and Spee-Dee packages
- Distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain and update various reports and spreadsheets
- Print AP invoices daily
- Assist with entering invoices for accounts payable
- Assist with AR

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7 am - 5 pm and Fridays: 8 am - Noon
