Responsibilities:
- Compile project documents for project managers and field operations; including proposals, plans, specifications, related correspondence, contracts, change orders, permits, shop drawings, close-out documents, etc.
- Be a point person to streamline project communication between the three companies.
- Equipment purchasing for projects.
- Collaborate with Design and vendors to procure product substitutions.
- Review product specifications to ensure design intent is met.
- Prepare and track product submittals; Upload submittals to project platforms.
- Analyze and revise submittals pertaining to review.
- Review Addendums, ASI’s, changes, etc.
- Review contracts for scope clarifications or discrepancies
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office documents.
- Maintain project correspondence with field staff and general contractors.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding project contracts and employee personal data as it pertains to the position.
- Track construction schedules to ensure timely obtainment of permits and equipment.
- Monitor project performance.
- Establish cost estimates with subcontractor and vendor pricing as needed.
- Attend project meetings as needed.
