The Role:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for video and photo content.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our projects, services, and team members.
- Conduct on-location shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to produce polished videos and photos for use across digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to edit videos and photos, add effects, and incorporate music and sound elements.
- Maintain organized media libraries and archives to ensure easy access to assets for future use.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to execute larger-scale projects or campaigns.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all visual content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor, filmmaker, or photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of photography principles, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
