Qualifications
Experience : 3 years of Proven B2B sales experience ,preferably in the property management or facilities services industry.
Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Basic CRM system skills
Knowledge : Familiarity with property management processes and software solutions is desirable but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies.
Attributes : Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify potential clients within the property management industry and develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct Sales Presentations : Present our mobile app to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Understand Client Needs : Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
Manage Sales Pipeline : Track and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Build and Maintain Relationships : Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, ensuring high levels of customer service and client retention.
Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
